Choose one of the following plans, fill out the brief form and we will get you started immediately on your new economic success.
AGENT PLANS
Plan A. An annual fee in the amount of $2950.00
This payment of $2950.00 covers twelve months as a licensed real estate agent of Allison James Estates and Homes.
You will be charged each and every year thereafter $2950.00 on the anniversary date of this transaction.
This agreement shall continue until notice is given by either party to cease payments.
Failure to make a payment will result in your relationship with Allison James Estates and Homes to be terminated.
Plan B. A monthly fee in the amount of $295.00 per month
This payment of $295.00 covers your first month as a licensed real estate agent of Allison James Estates and Homes.
You will be charged each and every month thereafter $295.00 on the anniversary date of this transaction.
This agreement shall continue until notice is given by either party to cease payments.
Failure to make a payment will result in your relationship with Allison James Estates and Homes to be terminated.
Plan C. Pay directly to AJI, $35.00 per month, plus a transaction fee of $260.00 charged on the first 12 transactions of the anniversary year.
NOTE: If you have a single transaction where the commission exceeds $25,000.00 a single payment of $2950.00 will be made and you will be transferred to Plan A.
You will also be charged an E & O fee of $35.00 on every closing.
Should a commission be earned that is less than $2600.00 a fee equal to 10% of commission paid will be charged.
Every $260.00 collected will be considered a full transaction.
In addition, if a Plan C subscriber selects to have a Delta Media Web page they will be charged a monthly fee of $25.00.
Election of Plan.
Choose your plan on the form below.
All elections of plans will be for a period of one year.
On your anniversary date every year you may elect a different plan if you so choose for the ensuing year.
If no election is made as of your anniversary date, the current plan will automatically renew for another year.
